Efficient busy bee, coaching process supervisor and pragmatic coordinator
Els is a freelance trainer and coach for professionals with a special interest in attention management, resilience, interpersonal and team skills. With a pragmatic approach and a high level of no-nonsense, she helps knowledge workers to work effectively and efficiently. She inspires clients to work in a brain-friendly and focused way, making them more productive. In addition, she is a higher education lecturer at the Arteveldehogeschool where she coordinates workplace learning and internships in the Communication Management course. She coaches students throughout their studies and prepares them for the labour market.
Els holds a master's degree in Romanic Languages, is certified Insights Discovery Practitioner, Professional Resilience Coach and Certified National Trainer at JCI (Junior Chamber International). Personal growth and a passion for sharing experiences are her main drivers. She likes to learn through training, books and above all in practice.
Els is an active member of Zonta International and Artemis. In her spare time you can find her at the dance academy, on the yoga mat or on the racing bike. Cooking and spending time with her family calm her down.
