Lieve is a driven, result- and people-oriented trainer and coach. With a lot of enthusiasm she helps participants to adapt their working habits step by step and permanently. Lieve has been active as a trainer and coach in the field of result-oriented and efficient work since 1997. She worked for nine years as a freelance trainer and coach. After that she founded Performance Partners in 2006. Since then she has developed herself as a trainer coach as well as a consultant, facilitator and process facilitator. Her focus is improving the performance of individuals, teams and organisations.
Lieve holds a degree in commercial and financial sciences and followed CIGO (Consulting in Groups and Organizations). She is a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner, certified in Appreciative Inquiry and Certified National Trainer at JCI (Junior Chamber International). Her love of learning brings her annually to various trainings on coaching, group dynamics, organizational development, process guidance, Deep Democracy, lean, sociocracy, ...
Lieve contributes to a better world as a foster mother, member of the parents' committee, director of some non-profit organizations and active member of a civil movement. She can also enjoy a walk, a cultural activity or a good book.
